User Account

• All deposits must be made using valid Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks).
• Withdrawals are processed only to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• 1899 Rich reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding RM5,000 in a single month.
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.
• Any attempt to process a withdrawal using false or misleading information will result in immediate account suspension.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

1899 Rich offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for Malaysian players, including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Wagering Requirement (Rollover): Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement as stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Players must fulfil this requirement before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a set validity period. Any bonus not used within that period will expire automatically with no compensation.

• Request by a competent authority.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability amount 1899 Rich to any user under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by the user within the 30 days preceding the claim.
